Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@strikaz.com or submit your request through our Contract Withdrawal page.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and shipping information. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the returned item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
