Welcome to Strikaz. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Strikaz website, products, and services.
Throughout these Terms, the words "we," "us," "our," and "Strikaz" refer to the owner and operator of this website.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use this website or place an order.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, users, and others who access or use our website.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Products
We strive to present all products available on Strikaz as accurately as possible. However, all product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
While we make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color of the products. Slight variations in color may occur due to different screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturing processes.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences between the displayed images and the delivered product may occur without affecting the overall quality or functionality of the item.
Our size charts are provided as a general guide to help customers select the most appropriate size. As our products are measured manually, a measurement tolerance of approximately 1–3 cm (0.4–1.2 inches) may occur. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a product defect.
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase. We strongly encourage customers to review the product measurements carefully before placing an order.
Product availability is not guaranteed. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing mistakes, inaccurate product descriptions, or other inaccuracies at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
Strikaz reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or order and may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or for fraudulent purposes.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders placed through the Strikaz website are subject to acceptance and availability.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been accepted and processed.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
Although we strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, occasional errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipment and issue a full refund.
Prices displayed on the website do not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees that may apply in their country. While we make every reasonable effort to minimize additional import charges whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that such fees will not occur.
Failure to pay required customs duties or import charges resulting in refused delivery or returned shipments does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs or any additional expenses incurred.

If your payment is declined or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel your order.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to verify any order before processing.
If we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment, unusual purchasing behavior, or inaccurate billing or shipping information, we may request additional verification from the customer.
Failure to provide the requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting info@strikaz.com.
Cancellation requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed, as orders may already have entered processing or production.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
Strikaz reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is approximately 10–13 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Worldwide Shipping
Strikaz proudly ships to customers worldwide.
Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier restrictions, or logistical limitations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to destinations that cannot be serviced safely or reliably.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
While we always do our best to use shipping methods that minimize additional customs charges whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that customs duties or import taxes will not apply.
If customs duties or import fees are charged, they must be paid by the customer.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs or any additional expenses incurred.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for redelivery.
If the package cannot be recovered or is destroyed by the carrier due to incorrect address information, Strikaz cannot be held responsible for the resulting loss.
Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping, return shipping, customs, or handling costs from any eligible refund.
Lost Packages
If your shipment has not been delivered within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@strikaz.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
If the carrier officially confirms that the package has been lost during transit, customers may choose between:

A replacement shipment, or

A full refund.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information shows that a package has been successfully delivered, but you believe you have not received it, you should first:

Check around your property.

Ask household members or neighbors.

Contact your local postal service or delivery carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us immediately.
We will gladly assist by opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery confirmation provided by the carrier may be considered sufficient proof of delivery. Refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered will be evaluated individually based on the carrier's investigation and the circumstances of each case.
Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Strikaz cannot be held liable for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will gladly assist customers in communicating with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Multiple Shipments
In certain circumstances, items within the same order may be shipped separately in order to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
Risk of Loss, Returns & Refunds
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received by Strikaz.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn.

Be in its original condition.

Include all original tags and packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, alterations, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact us at info@strikaz.com or submit a request through our Contract Withdrawal page.
Once the request has been reviewed, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Strikaz cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost during return transit.
Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return requirements.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact info@strikaz.com.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide:

Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange an item should first request a return.
