Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via the email address provided during checkout.
Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Returned Packages

Lost Packages

We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost during transit, customers may choose either:

Multiple Shipments
